A comprehensive inspection of all gas appliances, pipework, and flues to ensure legal compliance for rental properties. Our certified engineer will perform the necessary safety checks and provide you with a digital CP12 certificate upon completion. Please ensure that you select the correct options for booking. CP12 will be issued only if all appliances have been paid for. Gas Boiler inspection only is included in original price, please select extra appliances or services in the add ons section. No refunds will be offered for late cancellations or no shows.
